In the Mediation Simulation Club of the ITC "Mediation School", open events are regularly held for everyone interested, the purpose of which is to support the professional development of mediators and spread awareness about mediation as an alternative method of conflict resolution.
A simulation is the conduct of a mediation in a specific situation, where the role of the mediator and the parties to the conflict are played by the participants of the meeting themselves.
