Who is a mentor for mediators?
An experienced professional in the field of mediation who provides support, training and guidance to less experienced mediators (mentees) for their professional development. Such a mentor has profound knowledge and practical experience in mediation and is able to effectively share this knowledge with his/her mentees.
Mentoring (case management with a novice mediator) and feedback for a mediator can be provided in the form of in-person and online work.
The main tasks of a mentor
Sharing knowledge and experience
