Family Mediation During the War Period 2022–2024
The project “Family Mediation in the Time of War” (July 1, 2022 - June 30, 2024) helped Ukrainian families whose lives were drastically changed by the war. Under the leadership of Tetiana Bilyk, 50 mediators, 4 supervisors, and 5 psychotherapists provided support in resolving conflicts related to internal displacement and separation, helping families find agreed solutions with the children's interests considered, and maintain stability in times of crisis.

Support and Justice for Children
Provision of Psychosocial Support and Ensuring Justice as Part of Better Care for Vulnerable Children, 2024–2025
In 33 communities of Ukraine, social mediation service was introduced to support families affected by the war. Specialists of ITC “Mediation School” have successfully completed training in family mediation, in particular, taking into account children's rights, and are ready to work in Volyn, Dnipropetrovsk, Zhytomyr, Kyiv, Lviv, Kharkiv, Chernihiv regions and in Kyiv city. The project is being implemented with the support of UNICEF and involves providing mediation service, as well as raising public awareness, methodological guidance for new mediators, and creating conditions for resolving family conflicts with children's interests taken into account.
