Taking into account the psychological, physiological and social aspects of the older generation. Involving family, guardians and institutions for quality consideration of issues of life, inheritance and security.
EMIN training
You will master the methods of the International Mediation Network with the participation of older people (EMIN), develop communication and organizational skills for effective conflict resolution.
Certificate and professional support
Upon completion, you will receive a certificate from the NGO ITC "Mediation School" and can practice under the Law of Ukraine "On Mediation" with the support of experienced trainers.

Participants receive a certificate allowing them to practice mediation in accordance with Ukrainian law.

If they wish, graduates may be included in the register of mediators of NGO ITC "Mediation School".

Certificate issued on condition of of attendance of at least 90% of classes and completion of home assignments.
Author of the program
Tetiana Bilyk is an accredited international mediator (CEDR, UK, 2009; MiKK, Germany, 2022), trainer, and Chair of the Board of the NGO ITC "Mediation School". She is also the Chair of the Board of the NGO "Ukrainian Mediators League" and co-founder and Chair of the Supervisory Board of the NGO "Association of Family Mediators of Ukraine".
She serves as the representative of ISS (International Social Service, General Secretariat, Switzerland) in Ukraine within the framework of cooperation on international family mediation.
Tetiana is a member of the Institute for Integrative Mediation (Germany), a member of the Family Mediators Association (UK), a practicing psychologist, and a psychotherapist.
Co-trainers are practicing family mediators of ITC "Mediation School".
