The main goal of the training is to acquire key mediation competencies that will help:

Exercises and role plays
Contains various forms of practical work (up to 70%): exercises to develop the necessary skills, personal exercises for a deeper understanding of emotional states, as well as role plays.
Optimal number of participants
Forming a group of up to 20 people ensures sufficient feedback for each participant and the opportunity to freely ask questions to the trainers.

The concept of conflict, causes, methods of analysis; styles of behavior.
Strategies for dealing with conflicts at different stages of escalation.
Working with expectations, perception filters and misperceptions.
Skills and algorithm of effective communication in working interaction: active listening, metacommunication.
Questions in communication: classification, mistakes, why one should avoid “why?”
Conducting complex dialogues, negotiation strategies.
Emotional intelligence for conflict management.
Decision-making in different emotional states.
Managing emotions (self-motivation, self-control), dealing with aggression.

Author of the program
Tetiana Bilyk is an accredited international mediator (CEDR, UK, 2009; MiKK, Germany, 2022), trainer, and Chair of the Board of the NGO ITC "Mediation School". She is also the Chair of the Board of the NGO "Ukrainian Mediators League" and co-founder and Chair of the Supervisory Board of the NGO "Association of Family Mediators of Ukraine".
She serves as the representative of ISS (International Social Service, General Secretariat, Switzerland) in Ukraine within the framework of cooperation on international family mediation.
Tetiana is a member of the Institute for Integrative Mediation (Germany), a member of the Family Mediators Association (UK), a practicing psychologist, and a psychotherapist.
Co-trainers are practicing family mediators of ITC "Mediation School".
