Learning through practice
Participants work as supervisors and supervisees, conduct real-life supervisions, and consolidate knowledge through practice.
Supervision models from different schools
The program integrates supervision models from the UK, Germany, USA, France, and Ukraine, combining classical and modern approaches.
Combined approach to learning
Theoretical video lessons, practical ZOOM classes, demo sessions, case study and workbooks provide a holistic approach.
Experience of personal supervision
Participants gain real experience of conducting supervision and receive individual recommendations from mentors.
Consistency of learning the material
Theory, group work, case studies, and individual supervision form a systematic approach to learning.

Author of the program
Tetiana Bilyk is an accredited international mediator (CEDR, UK, 2009; MiKK, Germany, 2022), trainer, and Chair of the Board of the NGO ITC "Mediation School". She is also the Chair of the Board of the NGO "Ukrainian Mediators League" and co-founder and Chair of the Supervisory Board of the NGO "Association of Family Mediators of Ukraine".
She serves as the representative of ISS (International Social Service, General Secretariat, Switzerland) in Ukraine within the framework of cooperation on international family mediation.
Tetiana is a member of the Institute for Integrative Mediation (Germany), a member of the Family Mediators Association (UK), a practicing psychologist, and a psychotherapist.
Co-trainers are practicing family mediators of ITC "Mediation School".
