How a simulation works

A Simulation is conducting mediation on a specific situation, where the role of a mediator and the parties to the conflict are played by the participants of the meeting.

What it looks like:

At the beginning of the meeting, it is determined who will play the roles of the parties to the conflict and which mediator wants to practice.

Each mediator has a certain amount of time to work with the parties.

Upon completion of the mediator's work, they are given feedback.

At the end of the meeting, we hold a Q&A session.
